Postal Entry Method: How to Enter for Free

At MaxxRush, we are fully committed to running fair, transparent, and legally compliant Prize Draws. We offer a completely free alternative entry route via the Royal Mail postal service.

Using the Postal Entry route gives you the same opportunity to enter the Prize Draw as a paid online entry, subject to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable entry limits. This method does not require any payment to MaxxRush beyond the standard cost of your postage stamp.

Core Conditions for Postal Entries

To ensure your free entry can be processed successfully, you must comply with the following conditions:

•  Registered Account Required: You must have an active and verified account on the MaxxRush website before your postal entry is received. Postal entries received without a corresponding active and verified account cannot be processed.

•  Matching Information: All personal details provided on your postcard must exactly match the information held on your registered MaxxRush account.

•  Eligibility: By submitting a postal entry, you confirm that you are eligible to participate, are aged 18 or older, and accept the MaxxRush Terms & Conditions.

How to Prepare and Send Your Entry

To submit a free entry, you must send a handwritten, unenclosed postcard. Envelopes, letters, and mechanically printed or reproduced entries will not be accepted.

Your postcard must clearly display the following information in legible handwriting:

1. Full Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Residential Address
4. Contact Telephone Number
5. Registered MaxxRush Account Email Address
6. Exact Title of the Prize Draw (e.g., Win This MacBook Pro 16”)

All information provided must exactly match the information on your registered MaxxRush account.

Entry Timelines & Account Crediting

•  Deadlines: Your postal entry must be physically received by the Promoter before the closing date and time listed on the relevant Prize Draw page. Entries received after the Prize Draw closes will be void.

•  Account Crediting: For every valid Postal Entry received and successfully validated, we will credit your registered MaxxRush account with wallet credit equivalent to the applicable online cost of one entry for that Prize Draw.

•  Manual Entry Required: The wallet credit does not automatically create a Prize Draw entry. You must manually use the wallet credit on the MaxxRush website to complete your entry into the relevant Prize Draw.

•  Confirmation: Once the wallet credit has been applied to your account, you will receive an automated email notification, and your updated wallet balance will be reflected in your account dashboard.

Anti-Bulk and Entry Limits

To keep the entry process fair and prevent abuse, the following rules apply:

•  One Wallet Credit Per Postcard: Each valid postcard can result in no more than one wallet credit equivalent to one online entry for the relevant Prize Draw.

•  No Bulk Entries: Multiple entries submitted together in a single envelope or package will not be accepted. Each separate postal entry must be handwritten, stamped, and posted individually.

•  Maximum Entry Limit Applies: You may submit multiple separate Postal Entries for a Prize Draw, but all entries completed using paid online entry and Postal Entry wallet credit are subject to the maximum entry limit displayed on the relevant Prize Draw page. Postal Entries received after you have reached the applicable maximum entry limit will not result in an additional entry.
