When is the draw for a competition?

Every competition has a draw date listed on its page, so you’ll always know when the winner is being picked. We stick to that schedule – when the countdown hits zero or the stated date arrives, it’s draw time! The draw typically takes place promptly as scheduled (often the same day the competition closes). In many cases, we even host the draw live (for example, via our website or social media), so you can watch the excitement unfold in real-time. Rest assured, we never delay a draw – the winner is selected on time as promised for each competition.

How is the winner selected?

We never extend the competition or cancel the prize just because it didn’t sell out – a winner will be picked on the announced draw date, no matter what. In fact, if not all tickets are sold, that just means your odds of winning are even better (fewer entries in the pot). If during the draw the random number generator happens to pick a ticket number that wasn’t sold, no worries – we’ll simply redraw until we land on a winning number that corresponds to a sold ticket. Either way, the prize will be awarded as promised, guaranteed.

How will I know if I’ve won?

If you win, we’ll let you know right away! We typically contact the winner directly as soon as the draw has taken place and results are confirmed.
